An AIRDIS engineer will be behind the scenes monitoring the traffic and answering technology questions. July 30, 2007: AIRDIS launches their new web site! The new web site includes the "My Account" feature where AIRDIS customers will be able to go to manage their accounts. This new feature also gives AIRDIS customers the ability to see current and past bills, as well as the ability to pay their bills online.

 

We are also proud to announce that AIRDIS customers can schedule service calls right from this site. By clicking on the "Support" button our customers can initiate a service request that is emailed directly to our engineer's blackberries day or night.

 

June 4, 2007: AIRDIS has now consolidated voice, data and cellular on one telephone bill. Previously the cellular billing was included as a supplemental attachment to the main invoice. Now you can find all the billing usage and information in one easy to read monthly invoice.

 

In the near future AIRDIS will be including their customer's monthly lease payments on their telephone bill as well. For information on when this may be released contact a member of our sales team.
