Voicemail and Fax to your inbox: Unified Messaging interfaces with either Outlook or Lotus Notes client software so that your voice mails, faxes and e-mails all appear in your e-mail client software. You can then take voice mail messages and store them into folders and transfer faxes electronically as you would and listen to your e-mails over the phone. You can direct faxes to any specific fax number along with passing them along as an e-mail or download them to your server for anyone to access. This is a huge tool for the person/persons that are out of the office or that travel from office to office.
