To make sure that any new technology provides the levels and quality of service demanded and required by our customers, AIRDIS requires a network assessment bedone for customers looking to implement VoIP Technology.
The network assessment verifies the network topology and the bandwidth available and required through the backbone of the customer's internal and external network for these applications to be effective. It also clarifies if QOS (quality of service) has been activated on the switches and routers on your network.
Also, should you be implementing IP phones on your site, QOS power over Ethernet switches are highly recommended for installation. A customer may sign a waiver of responsibility for this assessment, but should there be a quality of service problem on any of the IP applications being utilized, AIRDIS Telecom bears no responsibility for these problems.
