Regulatory Mile Stones:
December 27, 2005: AIRDIS received its Wisconsin PSC approval for the SBC Interconnect agreement. This expands Airdis' product offering to its customers in the Wisconsin market.
December 20, 2005: We are pleased to announce that AIRDIS was approved by Michigan Public Service Commission to provide facilities-based local service throughout Michigan. With this final certification under their belt, AIRDIS now has the ability to provide a full service communications solution to all of its customers in the upper Midwest making them a dynamic regional phone company.
December 1st, 2005: AIRDIS is now approved by Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to resell Local services in the State of Indiana (Indiana Cause 42932). This enables AIRDIS to offer new bundled services to some legacy customers in the Lake county region of Indiana.
November 29, 2005: The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approves AIRDIS' Telecom IXC Resale Tariff.
October 21, 2005: We are pleased to announce that AIRDIS has been fully certified as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier and IXC in Wisconsin. AIRDIS was approved by the WCC to provide local and local long distance in the State of Wisconsin. This allows AIRDIS to become a formidable competitor in the Midwest for providing full service communications solutions.
October 12, 2005: AIRDIS announces approval to provide local toll service in Indiana. AIRDIS was approved by Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to resell IXC services and Cellular services in the State of Indiana. This further expands AIRDIS' reach to better service its existing customer base.
September 15, 2005: AIRDIS has been approved to provide local toll service in Michigan. AIRDIS became registered as IXC and Toll Reseller with the Michigan PSC.

June 29, 2005: We are pleased to announce that AIRDIS has officially become certified as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier in Illinois. AIRDIS received word from the ICC that they have exceeded their requirements for approval and are clear to provide local phone service to businesses and residents in Illinois.
June 7, 2005: AIRDIS has passed another mile stone, conducting a CLEC registration hearing with Illinois Commerce Commission and received verbal approval to become a CLEC in Illinois. This approval allows AIRDIS to provide local service to its Illinois customers.
May 23, 2005: We are pleased to announce that AIRDIS Telecom was accepted into the AVAYA Business Partner program. This strategic alliance with communications power house AVAYA Communications, gives AIRDIS a competitive advantage in the Chicagoland market. AIRDIS is now certified to offer the full line of AVAYA business class communications solutions as well as giving them access to cutting edge VoIP technology.
May 18, 2005: AIRDIS Telecom can now offer domestic long distance service anywhere in the United States. A recent registration with the FCC was approved after much hard work. AIRDIS' Federal Registration Number is 0013492129.
